The Association is founded among the members to these current statutes governed by the law of July 1st, 1901, and the decree of application of August 16, 1901, titled “Boys in the Yard”. Established on October 13, 1998, by President LUCE Alain. The association brings together stakeholders from the territory of Saint Martin, with its headquarters located at Rue de Hollande voie #4, Marigot 97150 Saint-Martin.
The purpose of this association is:
- To promote physical education (multisports), create, animate, assist, develop and contribute to all forms of sports, leisure, and socio-cultural activities.
- To set up structures, services, and means aimed at preventing delinquency.
- To promote the social and professional integration of individuals in difficulty, acting against the repetition of exclusion, weakness, fragility, and failure situations.
To fulfill its mission, the association relies on volunteers. It comprises members, members of the board of directors, members of the bureau, one certified educator, two certified BAPAAT educators, one specialized educator, adult-relay employees, and future contracts.
